10/13 - Manhattan College Invitational - VCP
St. Joe's competes well in the nation's largest XC meet.  Over 11,000 athletes completed in 40 separate races.  Sam Mondello
smashes his way under 14 mins with a 13:44, good enough for #12 on the All-time list.  Luigi Tirro PR's as well with a 14:14.  For
the JV, 4/4 leave the day with a PR.  Mike Fidanza is the #3 on the Frosh 1.2 All-Time list.  The frosh record a tight 5 man spread
of 15 seconds.
     Elizabeth Oliver and Chiarra Guida record big PR's with 18:45 & 18:46 respectively.  Kristina Morel, Danielle Woodman and
Alyssa Proscia do the same.  Emily Cosgriff & Cristina Cipriano run big races in the Frosh 1.2 race.  Cosgriff's 8:38 is her 2nd frosh
school record in 3 weeks!
