Mike Fidanza is the first freshmen to drop under 60 seconds in the 400. Joe Somma (10 secs) and Dan Pucciarelli (7 secs) runs big 400's as well. 13/16 frosh 400 runners set personal bests. Phil Blanda drops under 54 in the 400 and Nick Camporeale runs a big 400 to close out the day. Camporeale's big leg helps the sprinters top the MD group in the 4x400's to close the day.
